When Is Return Allowed?
A return or replacement is allowed only under the following circumstances:
- The product is damaged during transit.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- An incorrect product (different model, colour, or size) is delivered.
Important Conditions:
- A return request must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
- An uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by Senetton’s quality team.
What Products Are Not Returnable?
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind or design preference.
- Damage caused after delivery, installation, or use.
- Improper handling by plumber, contractor, or third party.
- Products without a valid unboxing video.
- Minor shade, texture, or finish variations (natural in hand-crafted products).
These conditions help protect the integrity of our luxury ceramic products.
How to Request a Return?
To request a return or replacement, please follow these steps:
- Contact Senetton support within 72 hours of delivery
- Share the following details:
- Order ID
- Product model name
- Clear photos of the product
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Our quality team will review the request
- Approval or rejection will be communicated within 5–7 business days

Refund Timelines
Replacement is the primary resolution for approved cases
- Refunds are processed only if replacement is not possible
- Approved refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or store credit (if agreed)
- Bank processing time may vary based on payment provider
